If you find that the nyuk min restaurant is full packed, do consider and try this restaurant . No regrets. :)
Melaka Street Restaurant is a restaurant which is located in SS2 serving a great meal of Malacca & Penang cuisine. The restaurant is mix of Nyonya (also known as Peranakan Fare) and local favorites
The green curry rice is good, go for lunch set comes with cendol or other drink you can choose with :)
Very good and consistent local food overall; Cantonese ying yong, nyonya curry , nasi goreng petai are some of my favourites.
Green curry fish with white rice thumbs up. Belacan , bean curb & petai fries also good.
Lady boss is friendly . Environment also OK.
Try to come early to avoid the crowd. Food is kinda pricey for the portion given. Taste is okay. Restaurant staff don't work well together, and your food can be forgotten due to miscommunication.
Gula Melacca with sago dessert very nicee
Fried king mee nice
Nyonya fried rice is nice
just hard to find parking . otherwise, all good
Fried meehoon siam
the mango fish is a must try
First time here. Service is quite fast considering its a Sunday dinner time. Food was good, but not comparable with Melaka standard.
Make sure you do not have any other plans after having dinner at this restaurant . Your clothes will stink! Restaurant management should do something about the bad kitchen exhaust ventilation
Most dishes are good here!
Hokkien mee
Awesome petai prawn is awesome.
Their cendol taste so good..
no one serve after sitting down for 5 mins.. hav to take menu myself.. food is good, price is high.. ABC $8+..
I think the lunch promo is very pricey .
Noticed a few negative tips but I personally find it pretty good.
The food is delish but it's a bit pricey .
Claypot butter chicken
The food here nice and soup awesome
awesome curry , whether its green, lemak or Assam.
Belacan fried rice looks like soy sauce fried rice . Not nice!
Nice fried rice , pandanus chicken and Nasir lemak
Fish curry is awesome kena dengan terung goreng cili
Service much to be desired. More than one occasion left waiting for one dish. Once had to ask 3 times only later to discover food given to someone else. Food may be ok but not worth the angst
Green curry rice is decent
Melaka Street Restaurant...
Just normal taste and high price food
Superb food. Whoever says the food is bad was probably paid by the neighboring shops to do so
No cendol for set lunch meal..no fun••
Lunch set for just rm10.
revisit months, still taste the same !
want to go melaka restaurant
Nice food...
Assam fish head curry is too spicy ... bleh!
nice food..
Food is ok, but the service is quite poor.
Not up to expectations....
Food terrible bad, Pandan leaf chicken over fried! Nasi Lemak doesn't taste like Melacca ! Not high recommended! Service Suck!
The food here no taste, lemon chicken taste horrible.. Need major improvements!!!
Should really try their asam fish. Exquisitely authentic and delicious! Its a must of you love nyonya food - Aliza Sara
Otak-otak is da bomb, very authentic steamed in banana leaf & can taste the daun kadok which is a must have ingredient. Our set lunch was reasonably good. - Raymond Choo
Pasta at Dave's are 50% off during lunch on weekdays. Love the ham and mushroom carbonara. Sinlicious!! - Misheru T
The Nyonya Rice stall is really good, it's facing the main road. The Ayam Rendang is my recommendation. And the Sambal Petai is delicious too! - Gary Hor
Just 5 minutes walking distance from my house. Awesome mall, everything's under one roof! - Alex Leow Sze Shen
