2nd tip for grooming services. Ask for Katie! She was able to bathe and groom our anxious dog. First time our dog was happy to see a groomer ! It's muzzle-free grooming as well . Great experience.
Petsmart is better and I have heard of a dog grooming mishap at a petco where the groomers tied a dog's bow around its ear and had to have it amputated! The groomers training is by managers.
Usually cheaper than Petsmart by a small margin. They've also started selling healthier, more natural pet food.
When getting your dog's nails trimmed ask them to round them off. This little step makes a big difference with little dogs so that they won't scratch you.
