Some of the employees are chatty and unobservant, like to use their cell phones instead of handle customers.. But others are extremely friendly and get your drink to you fast.

But the coffee is outstanding and that's why you come here isn't it? Nice atmosphere. Wifi available. Etc.

There's lack of management on the cleaning of the place. Staff is good. Try the Creamy Cheesecake brownie !

This Starbucks has the dirtiest bathrooms in all of Niagara Falls. Tip: walk down the hall and use the bathrooms in the Sheraton .

They didn’t screw up the order and were friendly despite having to deal with the tourist crowd.

If you get either of the smoothies , just be aware that they put a banana in them.
