Beautiful hotel ! I can't say that enough. The staff is friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the 1808 restaurant ; food and drinks were amazing! Can't wait to come back in December.

Welcoming boutique hotel in the heart of Nashville. The rooms live up to the stature of boutique but the view had a bit to be desired as my room overlooked a parking garage .

Clean rooms , great view of city , beds are very comfortable and nice over sized pillows . Television easy to use, efficient room service . Staff has all been extremely friendly . No complaints here.

Great "green" hotel , and while I appreciate saving the environment, the A/C on the 12th floor in 90 degree weather needs improvement. My room stayed warm and I had to ask for a fan.

Nice hotel with elegant decor throughout and rooms. I rarely left the campus during my 3.5 days. The food is not that great but love the eco-friendly options such as email checkout.

Keep your room key in the slot next to the door to keep the lights on/adjust the lights in your room. Otherwise they power off and your left wondering around in the dark!

Elevators are a smidge slow, but if you can get beyond that its a fab place to stay. Very chic .

They have special house-made spicy guitar crackers in their bar mix!

It’s not publicized online, but the hotel offers complimentary glasses of wine from 5 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

There is not an ice "maker" on each floor, rather, each flood has an alcove across from the elevator with a freezer drawer and (free) espresso maker.

Free wine cocktail hour is a great opportunity to meet new music partners!

free Lexus hybrid car service pickup/dropoff for guests within a 3 mile radius of hotel . just ask Armani in the lobby. good for shopping/drinking/etc.

Great hotel . Going green but still slips the bill under the door. Why not email? Lesser hotels do.

Valet was snippy and wouldn't answer my questions about parking charges, inquiring who in the car was staying & who wasn't. Found out its irrelevant, parking is $28 a day.

Here's a tip--they won't charge you for wifi in your room! It says there will be a $9.95 charge per day but staff said there's not even a mechanism in place to bill you. Sneaky.
