Cute spot. interesting interior. Have both, indoor and outdoor seating . Have good amount tables for you to sit and get work done and spaced out. my new favorite spot to study at :)

I got the Korean Iced Coffee and it was delicious! Prices are steep but you're paying for the atmosphere. Note that there is a small up charge when your bill is under $15 and you use a card.

When you become a regular the service is good and food is good too. Not a restaurant level but decent for a local cafe . Good for meeting friends and studying .

Their paninis are great! I especially love their hot chocolate !

This is easily my favorite place in Orange County . Magical, relaxed, homey .

Love the vibes here, tea is good, went fishing in the pond , had some great koi, took a nap in the conference room and paid my tab.

Don't park in the private parking (dirt/gravel) lot- the owners will have your car towed. Respect thy neighbors!
