Steak burger with a fried egg on go this is the place and location there always nice and patient with hot fresh food always

No matter the time of day the drive-thru service sucks-20 plus minutes and Im still waiting-avoid and go some where else

I hate this steak n shake! Not sure why we stopped here...there are 11 unbussed tables! And we have been here for 30 minutes! Wth?

Slow service no matter what time of day . Even when they aren't busy!

Bad service, cold food. I don't understand this place. Not crowded , plenty of wait staff yet the table are filthy and unbussed.

Be prepared for crappy service and long wait times, even when you're the only one in the restaurant .
