The shoe salesmen have a handheld computer that tells them if they have the shoe size you need in store. Very fast and convenient.
Good deal on kids skates . When next size needed next season- you can bring back pair just a season old with receipt, for 50% credit back
If you're buying kids skates , ask about their junior exchange program.
Didn't have a good experience with the staff here. Hopefully it was just a bad day for them.
