This store is so good! Customer service is top notch, there is always enough staff , and as you'd expect from anything with an Apple logo, they are quick, smart, helpful, and friendly !

Of the two Apple stores in the 615, the store in The Mall at Green Hills is much nicer.

So apparently you are supposed to have an appointment to be helped. I had no idea! Drove 45minutes to get here and they tell me they can't see me for 2 1/2 hours, plus I've got a toddler with me! Arg!
