I ordered a bagel pack and a coffee tote and it was not ready! I had to wait over 35 minutes. When I called back to file a complaint the manager blamed me for only ordering one day in advance!
I love our local Panera, but if you get there after 6:30 pm you risk them being out of several items.
Being out of breakfast during brunch hours is what happens when you have food shipped in pre-made and don't make things fresh.
