Fantastic experience with Geek Squad today. The representative was polite and willing to help. Even when he was getting yelled by the customer in front of us for something that was out of his control.

With so many blue-shirted people milling around, it would've been nice if one of them offered to help me pick out a tv or printer. I'll be shopping at a different Best Buy next time.

Habe great service from the Geek squad . If you locked out of your computer it will cost 40 buck if you don't have insurance.

Convenient location, getting in & out of the parking lot can be a pain. Cross walk goes in front of where everyone has to drive!

The customer service went the extra mile for us here.

Have to over an half hour to get help buying a new laptop. People walking around not even attempting to help.

Save your time. I can see why they are losing money. No one in store and guy seemed annoyed when I asked fort help (which he couldn't give because they didn't have stock)

Seriously disturbed by the horrendous customer service. 15 people in line . 13 registers with only 1 working. This sucks. This is why I try to shop local when I can. Service is almost always better.

They dont care with you - Got a Galaly tab, 4 days latter noticed a problem called "Newton Rings" tried to return and the tab and Manager Matt D. (Maryland Shop)refused to return it and was very rude

Customer Service girl was incredibly rude and has an attitude the whole time. She roller her eyes at the customer ahead of me.
