Topanga State Beach

Nice private-like beach . Great for surfers . Great to hang out w/family & friends but not so great if you like to wade or swim in the ocean. Lots of smooth rocks to slip & bust your head open with.

Definitely keep your dog on the leash at this beach . And if the swell has any energy at all this place can pick it up mid tide. Hard to catch a wave when period is long and there are 1000 dudes out

be nice in the water and people will be nice back. there are enough waves for everybody. look before dropping in. then look again, just to be sure. have fun and watch out for the rocks.

we tsunami''s is the only thing i can think of that would unburry the bodys. on east coast thats a great tip burry deep if u dont want the oceaan to bring the up. but the craps would eat them first.

Mostly locals, well hidden, lot’s of surfers , restrooms out of order for a long time. Gross portable toilets , but the beach is one of the best around.

Chill out with a book , mini bottle of Barefoot wine , and something from the Whole Foods salad bar . yumm.

Stay out of the lagoon if you want to live...Be good to our beach and it will be good to you!

I was alone at night, waves was crazy.

$10 parking but free after 6pm

Careful with the seagulls we left our stuff alone for not even 10minutes and when we came back they were already picking on our food IN our bags!!!
