Beautiful place to spend a morning or afternoon. Loads to see and plenty of areas to explore. Gaudi's house is pretty interesting. Try and get tickets for the monumental area in advance!
You don't necessarily need to get a ticket to the main area. The surrounding park is very nice as well and if you climb to the small hill you get an impressive view of Barcelona .
My preference is to enter at the top of the park then walk down rather than the other way around. Less crowded entrance and a nice way to see some of the park outside the monumental zone.
Nice place with the very Gaudí style. I recommend to book online one day before to get in the monulental part of the park . If not, no problem, the public part is also really worth it... 😀
The one of the most famous sights of Barcelona. 🪞 ceramics decorated 🪩 💎Gaudí has created a fabulous forest with this park . Make sure to book a ticket in advance especially on summer 📌
Really neat park designed by Gaudi. Bring water because it's quite the hike to the see the best views of the city .
Stellar park ! Gaudí Made a contribution to the world that will magnify the law of attraction for reasons to visit Barcelona! Enjoy on a sunny day, stroll through the park and enjoy couple of drinks 🍹
Beautiful park and surrounding the main attraction of Parc Güell. Heads up you must purchase tickets for entry at least a day before because it may be booked up! Take bus or taxi since it’s uphill!
DO NOT take touristic bus to this location, it will leave you at the foot of the hill . Instead, take bus 24 [multiple stops at Passeig de Gracia] and it takes you right to the back entrance of park .
Very nice park just 10’ bus ride from Barcelona. Using bus 24 exit at La Granja and take the escalator that will bring you directly to the park entrance.
i think forest around Park Güell is much more better than inside :) try to climb to the top and meet some local musicians at every corner. the nature is so good..
Buy tickets online, includes bus trip. Awe inspiring Gaudi buildings and beautiful gardens . CAN NOT MISS
So beautiful, very impressive. Perfect to spend few hours in the morning. But most importantly, book your tickets in advance. You don’t want to climb up and refused to enter. Metro: L3, Vallcarca St.
Climb to the very top for a stunning view of Barcelona . Pay a little extra to get into the Gaudi section, but it'll be packed!
In free part u can get cool view from the top (with refreshing wind) and a bit of Gaudi, in non-free part u can closely watch on Gaudi's art , but keep in mind an ongoing repair and online tickets
incredible view on the city . try to walk a little bit "off the track ". definitely visit the 3 crosses stone hill (see photo) for an amazing panorama and a cocktail - you'll find the cocktail guy ;-)
Beautiful park with a great view of Barcelona and the sea. The entrance for the park is free, but the memorial needs tickets so buy them in advance because they sell out.
Lovely park to visit for a good view over Barcelona and to see awesome architecture ! It’s a short stroll without audio guide: I was done within half an hour.
A must see! Incredible. Buy your ticket online to save lining up.
Fantastic architecture and stunning views . We queued up and quickly realised we'd be there ages so used our mobile to order the ticket online instead so definitely book your tickets in.advance.
Big part of Parc is free. However the most popular observation deck is in the paid part. You better enjoy the park when it’s not hot. And I felt like at least 3h are needed to enjoy it without rush.
this place is awesome and I'm strongly recommend to visit it, you will see a unique architectural engineering from inside & outside, it's worth buying a ticket to have a tour in this fabulous park .
Amazingly beautiful park and view . Incredible design by Antoni Gaudi . A must see. Pack a picnic of wine and snacks and enjoy your afternoon.
It's only a couple of more euro for a guided tour which is totally worth it. Roam around the free bits and make sure you make it all the way to the top for great views of Barcelona .
It's a beautiful city park ; but so overcrowded. Make sure you book the ticket online in advance. Visit Park Güell early in the morning or late in the afternoon. Not a stroller friendly park .
Buy tickets online ahead of time for monumental zone!! While the surrounding free gardens were nice, I certainly didn't want to make the long trek from the metro back up the hill to get there later.
Beautiful views of Barcelona . Didn't get to see the monuments coz the guided tour timings were too far. Hate that we came all the way & didn't get to see the most important attraction .
Another of Gaudi’s masterpieces. The park is huge and up a giant hill so be prepared to walk (hike ) to get there. The views are spectacular. Limited options for food & drinks inside the park .
Buy tickets (7€) online before visiting bc they accept limited number of visitors in the monumental zone. The park zone is free but all photos you see in the web are taken inside the monumental zone.
Buy your ticket early! For 7 euro it was worth seeing all the colorful pieces. Left me wanting more than being satisfied.
The park contains amazing stone structures and multi-colored tiled mosaics . Check out the terraced area at top of park to get a wonderful view of the park and the city of Barcelona. Entrance is free.
Great park . Great views . Lots and I do mean lots of walking so wear the appropriate shoes . Not many bathrooms around so be prepared. Also easy to get lost (can be good or bad).
This is an incredibly beautiful park with an amazing overview of the city . It’s sad that you have to pay to enter the beautiful buildings, but worth visiting just for the park itself.
Just beautiful. Love gaudi. Take bus to parc guell so you don't have long uphill climb from subway station . But tickets for monument section early. Try to go around sunset .
The house where Gaudi lived is free to visit on Sundays (until 6 pm). Go in the afternoon to also watch a scenic sunset from here and enjoy the glinting masterpieces in the garden .
Go to the top of the park for the best view of Barcelona . The park is magical with Gaudi's creations. The paths and trails are long, so wear comfortable shoes . Wheelchair accessible .
Amazing park ! Gaudí's playful architecture blends perfectly with nature. The monumental zone is a must, requires a ticket, the rest of the park is free. Also the neighbourhood around is interesting.
A must see when you visit Barcelona. If you don't want to spend any money, you can go round the park which also has a nice view .
Don't miss this amazing park !! And the 4D cinema 😍 It's a must , don't go to any restaurants near the park ,, tried 3 and all were bad ,, there is subway near to it if you are Hungary
Amazing, buy tickets from internet and use escalators. Very interesting park with beatifull statues , nice view of Barcelona . Walk top of the hill with the cross too. Gauidi is suprising geneous man.
A must-see! Trek to the very top for some of the best panoramic views of the city . Take note of graffiti art on rooftops & building walls when looking out from viewpoints!
8 EUR per person nowadays. If you enjoy a good walk, you can enter the park from the North (for free), and come down to the front to get the wonderful view of Barcelona . Leave through a side exit.
In 1899, Gaudí build an extravagant residential area in the countryside of Barcelona. Some years later, Barcelona City Council bought it and opened it as a municipal garden , the Park Güell. Read more
This is one of my favorite places in the world. I loved it and be sure to take a snack if you want to stay for a while. Be ready to walk! Love the architecture and the locals explain so much!
Playground is a little dumb. Our four year old (who climbs really well ) can’t get on to the swings himself, nor can he climb to the slide :( There is no toilet or cafe near by either.
You better get a ticket in advance to get in. Plus if you go by bus it’s a long walk uphill to park
Try to book ur ticket online because it is always crowded and sold out
The pay to play monument area is great, but the viaducts are equally charming and futuristic. You can probably skip waiting in lines for the Casa de Guarda, unless you are a Gaudi die hard
Take your time in this magical park . There are a lot of details to pay attention to. Get lost in your imagination!
To enjoy the park find a book that describes all the meanings. Everything can be seen without a paid ticket, for a great view of Barcelona head to 3 crosses or to a nearby viewpoint near a school.
