They lost a customer all due to customer service and not honoring a vets service time. Then trying to convince us that Home Depot would do the same. Epic fail Lowe’s ! We will not be back!!

I put up with holding the hardware you buy. Can you please return plastic bags like me to Lowe’s for recycling ?
Customer service here is not great. But, if. you know what you want, I think they have better brands than Home Depot .
