Long, brunette hair, with highlights working at gate A12 for US Air from LAS to CLT at 11:20 AM is awesome. She is helpful and accommodating. Thanks.

US Airways employees were great. Big smiles and a lot of help. If you are nice you get nice back AND I was upgraded.

The A gates seem so bleak. Took a walk to B etc. and it seemed much more alive and populated with shops. To escape the desolation, try milling about in the B wing until boarding.

Bring a power strip to share the limited electrical outlets .

Fly Delta if you want lousy employees. That's why I switched to US Airways, and I made the switch just after I hit Million Miler status on Delta. They suck.
