Great food. Pork shumai was huge. Niece tore up 5 of them alone. Service was much nicer than their neighbors across the street. Plus, we were seated right away.
Favorite Dim sum spot in the ID! Har gow, shuimai, sticky rice , and short ribs are amazing! Big portions and pretty cheap , just don't look at how dirty the carpet is.
The dim sum was great and super cheap . Don't get full on the cart full of carbs bcuz they bring around random plates of delicious looking dishes but we were already too full.
During this Christmas holiday, we received a $6,000 tip from a customer. All employees in restaurant would share this gift ; and they thank the customer who like Harbor City restaurant so much.
Dim sum is very fresh and hot for breakfast on an early Tuesday morning. Locals having breakfast and catching up on the days' news; can't get more authentic than this.
Good dim sum . On weekend could be a bit of a long wait .
The Singapore style rice noodle is good. If the bitter melon is fresh, get beef stir fried with bitter melon in black bean sauce . The dim sum is mediocre but reasonably priced
Best dim sum I’ve had in Seattle and such a reasonable price!
Great restaurant for dim sum ; from their regular menu, Beef with Black Bean Sauce is my favorite.
Got the peking duck , the Xo noodles , beer tendon , and green beans . Super tasty and cheap !
The dim sum here was so delicious and cheap !!
Dumplings and lots of dim sum options
Sesame balls have a hint of peanut . Very tasty!
The best dim sum around.
Dim sum and the spicy chicken
Dim sum is excellent and cheap .
Come before 10am on Sunday to beat the crowd!
Great food for an inexpensive price
If you can't manage your chop sticks, you'll need to bring your own fork......awesome food!
Onion buns are surprisingly good
If you want Dim Sum in Seattle you want Harbor City Restaurant.
dim sum is good. long lines go early
Best dim sum in town .
Everything is great!!
Good dim sum . Don't be intimidated by the seemingly all-Chinese crowd.
A good second when the wait at Jade Garden is too long.
Non stop eating!
You will not find better Dim Sum in Seattle , much less in the whole Pacific Northwest.
Don't believe the hype and let anyone else tell you that there is better dim sum in Seattle ; this place destroys the competition.
The Dim Sum is very good though it can be a long wait .
The temperature of the food was off so it tasted kind of weird. We even got out sticky rice cancelled because it was cold inside
Open on Christmas ! Dim sum from 8:30am to 3pm!
The barbecued pork is from the angels!!
Dim sum , box lunches
The dim sum is superduperzipzaptastic!
The Dim Sum is killer here.
Dim sum definitely not as good as Jade Garden across the street.
맛있다는 딤섬은 못 먹어봤지만, 다른 음식들은 그냥 그런 수준이다. 시애틀 크기의 도시에 이 정도 수준의 중국집이 맛집 중 하나라는게 이해가 안 간다.

Congee here is so smooth, flavorful and hearty! Have it with chinese donuts. Love love love the beef brisket noodle soup! Takes cash only. Be prepared to wait in a long line as seats are limited - Aleena Wee
