You are both right. One of the owners, Craig Chambers, passed away from cancer. The others, charlie and eva, retired and sold fleet feet to trey barnes. The same great running spirit is there though.

Used to be Phiddipides, the best running shoe store in L.A. But the owner died. Many of the same staff , though, and same great advice on picking the right shoe . Plan on 45 minutes of great help.
