They have been out of things for the past two weeks. It sucks because by the time you see the sign, you are still forced to go through the drive thru line and wait.

I was excited for a Starbucks in east LA. After a while its been neglected. They never have what I want. They often run out of soy milk , straws, cups, caramel , or whipped cream . Disappointed.

It's pointless to say 'with extra caramel ' they never put enough! I hat this location!!! Drive thru sucks as well you'll Waste 10 dollars of gas just waiting.

Avoid the drive thru , you'll be there forever! Also, try your drink before walking out. I had to return mine b/c it tasted like pure milk . Turns out the didn't realize their machine was out of coffee !

They have a rude chick that works here but , People if your unhappy with your job it's called leave .

Super slow drive tru!! With no other car in front of us they still took long and. The barista looked confused. Had to repeat my order twice . Slow as fuck!!!

Only five tables here. I've had to leave several times because there were no available places to sit.
