My one experience here was actually wonderful. Prompt service , friendly staff --- which is usually not what standard visit to Apple stores

Great staff . Don't be scared by the crowd of customers - they will get you taken card of in a reasonable amount of time and I didn't have an appointment . Ivan was an awesome genius! Thanks Apple.

Nice, new, big, clean store ... but it is pulling teeth to get someone to talk to you. It's 12:40pm and we are still waiting for help with our 11:30am appointment . Never had that problem before.

Went here on the 25th to get a new laptop, and was expecting a stressful experience. But the employee (Leslie) was amazingly nice and helpful! She should be the "Apple" of her boss's eye, lol!

If you want to actually talk to a technician, you need to make an appointment . You can do this online , and I have done it online WHILE in the store! It's a lot quicker than waiting for a "genius".

Always get your devices fixed here, if you bring your iPhone anywhere else they won't touch it later

Friendly sales associates overall. Just make sure you check in for your appointment because you can easily be skipped over from their busy schedule
