It was great. Been to one in St. Louis and that was a horrible experience. I got the Royale Burger . Even my waiter 's name was Jesus so I really enjoyed myself.

LOVE the salted caramel pretzel milkshake and Jamaican jerk burger . Caleb's favorite southern burger joint .

Ms Theresa the night waitress works her tail off and is always so warm and inviting! The burgers are good and the shakes are great but her and her service are the reason we come here.

Half price Happy Hour...all day and night on all shakes and drinks weekdays 2-4 PM & 2-4 AM.

Get a shake they r awesome!!! Get the turtle Carmel nut milkshake but chocolate instead of vanilla . It's the best shake there!!! :)

Food is good, prices are cheap . Service when you first get here is very slow. I understand being busy but 15 mins. to even take your order. Once you order they are fine on speed, but not drink refills

I had a terrible experience here. There was something like hair in my burger . I contacted steak and shake via through social media and I have not received a response from them.

Idk where to begin. Service was horrible, it took us an hour before we even got water, than another 30 minutes for food. We waited. Total of two hours before we could enjoy our meal. Never again

Waited an hour to get our food and shakes one night. This Steak and Shake is understaffed and poorly managed....but the fries are awesome.
