Triaging is not their forte, you better say "EMERGENCY" for them to assist you. Ugh! Nonetheless, their nurses are very kind and compassionate.

Didnt like how they handled our sick puppy. So disappointed!! Alsodoctor is having a hard time to put IV and have to do it 4 times to a sick dog!! Urghhhh!!

I had 2 dogs who died under their care. They didn't diagnose correctly and next thing we know, our dog was really sick and never recovered. Our 4yr old Shih Tzu left us today :'(
