It's incredibly clean and has its own kitchen to produce the most amazing the fresh food . The drinks are lovely and the customer service is fantastic highly recommended.
Their flat white is definitely the strongest of the high street chains. Top notch!

Waited forever for coffee - baristas a shambles and served everyone in wrong order - second to order, seventh to get my coffee in the queue
I haven't learned my lesson. Limited range here, staff nice but bit hopeless. Dirty cups with lipstick on. Not a patch on the city branches.
