GRAND OPENING! This place is delicious! Reeeally loved their sliced noodles . Authentic Sichuan food and an "American Favorites" menu, too.
If you don't want to pay $30 for a combo hot pot , ask the waiter for an a la carte hot pot menu. $8 gets you the soup base, and you can choose ingredients as you like, at $1-5 each. Savings!
Deep fried chicken with roasted chili (A13) is basically Chong ging chicken and it is excellent. Ask for 100 Star, extra peppercorns if you like spicy . It’s excellent.
If you ask, you can get a special hot pot menu that allows you to pick and choose ingredients. Save money and taste buds!
