As your mayor I decided to investigate this 4th floor conundrum. There's a 4th floor , you can reach it by the stairs on the NE corner, next to the outdoor vending machines . It's just locked now.

Forget the fourth floor . For good wifi and another scantron vending machine , go to floor six.

Great place to wait for the shuttles if raining or super hot out lol

Make sure you bring a sweater! This building is very cold. And when I went to investigate the fourth floor , the door said employees only.

Freezing and no cell phone service. This building is definitely one of the older on campus.

The higher floor you go the worse your WiFi signal will get
