Amazing customer service at this hotel ! The front desk staff , shuttle drivers, cleaning staff and wait staff are so kind and friendly !

Kathleen at the front desk was welcoming throughout our stay. Another great Hampton stay - free parking , WiFi , breakfast , coin laundry, shuttle service to Logan, indoor pool ...and a bar on the 1st fl!

Awesome that they don't charge for pets ! Yay!! But you have to stay on the first floor and the tall ceilings make the room an echo chamber.

Free airport shuttle, free WiFi , free breakfast . It's all a traveler needs.

Make sure u always ask how the shuttles r running..every 20 mins or on the hour. It matters!!

Super large rooms, nice staffs but the hotel is really old. Offers shuttle bus between hotel and airport , very convenient.

If you are with more than two people don't get a room with one bed and soda pull out, go for the two beds. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Went to lobby at 7am and tried to sleep on chair there

Middle of nowhere but there is a 24 hour shuttle to the wood island T stop so you can get back to civilization.
