I haven't used this study spot since moving outside the loop around 2004, but the trick used to be to arrive before midnight so that you could stay late.

Great place to study ! When entering through the front desk, the right side of the library is cool; the left side is much warmer.
Established in 1949, Fondren Library is where students go to find a good book – or study for exams. The library catalogued its one millionth volume in 1979.
