Staff attitude is hit and miss. Buy gift cards & they'll watch you like you're a criminal. There is a bathroom but staff have to walk you to it and open the door for you. Starbucks inside is great.
I would've never thought that the midnight staff were awesome!

big remodel with grand re-opening last week - big difference! Look for lots of Eric's Famous in the cold bev sect.
