I don't understand why this place is so popular. It's just shaved ice . I've seen a line out the door on a freezing cold day, what is wrong with people? Who wants shaved ice on a cold day?

Ask them to put on new gloves before they make your shaved ice ... Gross.
Whoever runs this place needs to train their employees on what health codes are. Re-using dirty disposable gloves , eating behind the counter, touching money and not washing hands. Disgusting place.
