I keep coming back because I like the food but the experience always irritates me. Sundays after church are ridiculous, unless you want to eat standing up order to-go.
Great Panera. Not too crowded and the staff is incredibly nice. Lots of outlets (for all your charging needs).
Their sandwiches have been a welcome surprise; healthy and really tasty.
The new Sonoma Chicken Stew is the best! Tastes like a chicken pot pie , but in delicious Panera soup form.

I can't truthfully say that this is the best DD in the Charlotte area since I haven't tried every DD in Charlotte BUT this one is my favorite. They make the best iced mocha lattes and are consistent. - Ashley
