No English menus so here's my translation (courtesy of a helpful local). Combined with a brown sugar bubble tea from across the road you've got one of Taiwan's best cheap eats for under NT$100

Easily one the best guabao places. Get the half fat/half lean guabao (綜合割包). Not too oily and very tender. Pork bone corn broth (玉米排骨湯) is also very flavorful and great on a cold day. Closed Mondays.

Pork buns ! (Get the half-lean, half-fat version: best balance of tasty & good amounts of meat) • Soups ! (Go for the pork-with-corn) • Good time to go is between meal times → small queues. Best snack !

Jas L

Best authentic Taiwanese Gua Bao (aka Boa Burger in France) in the world. Get the half & half . Delicious porc intestine/tripe soup 四神湯. For dessert , get “boba (tapioca ) & milk”across the street

Julius Tarng

Grab a seat inside (less of a wait than line ) and order on the paper menu. First section is gua baos , with full fat/full lean, then a mix, then mix with more of one or the other. Corn soup also????????

Rachel

Eat in or out, but expect lines either way. Lan Jia is known for its steaming piles of guaobao but it also has tripe/intestine soups . I went for the half lean/half fat pork bun and it was delicious.

Gua bao here is famous in Taipei. Overall good taste and big portion , although not a big fan of the sweet taste brought by the peanut powder I guess.

Daphne L

Half and half with more lean meat is very good! The lean meat is tender with rich flavor, and the fat is soft, yet not very oily. The peanut powder inside smells really good. Highly recommend!

minzyiii

Choose the half fats half lean because all lean is too dry. The bun has peanut crunch, adds a nice touch. And the 四神湯 is so good and refreshing!! 推~

Deborah Tsuchida

Hidden gem for Taiwanese pork belly buns (gua bao ). Best ones I've tried in the world so far.

Sharon Tsao

DEFINITELY worth the wait. Get the half lean and fat meat!

Trevor Filter

Best pork bun I've ever tasted. The flavor's in the fat, so get as much vs. lean as makes you comfortable—at a minimum, half.

Curry Matsuba

I only take tourists here b/c they want a non-Momofuku bao . And Taipei doesn’t have many good bao places if this is one of the best. It’s just not that flavorful besides the fat and sugar

Will Leung

the peanut powder makes it sweet and tasty. meat is juicy but in big proportion, prepare an empty stomach ^_^

Matthew Dolbow

Kill the pigs ! Pork bun heaven. Grab a brown sugar bubble tea across the lane

R G

My favorite guabao in the whole world. Long lines . Get the half fat half lean meat.

Anny Huang

The BEST pork bun I've ever had. And the soup...OMG.

Jason Xia

Tiger-bitten pork ! Authentic Taiwanese! One more thing: quad-god soup , nurturing ladies' stomach.

Arturo Lopez

Best guabao in Taipei! Great Taiwanese flavor, especially for foreigners' taste :D

Jonas

50nt for the best guabao in the world. Order at least half fat.

Chloe Tan

The bao bun is fluffy and Q. Had the half fat half lean, the lean meat is really lean. Fat is flavorful. 7/10

Angela Chang

Always go for half and half pork bun . Get some fat in your system. It's good for ya :)

Jiang Zhixin

It's a little bit sweet to me ,but still good

Jimmy Yuan

Be sure you order the half pork half fat bun ! Bomb!
