Amazing professional staff got my laptop back up and running. They know exactly what they're doing, there is NO guesswork. I cannot recommend the Apple Store at Crossgates enough.
I had my iPhone serviced here several times - they are extremely helpful and fast. If you want to buy anything - reserve in advance. And Samsung fans don't need to come in ;)
Make sure you make an appointment before you come. They will not help you without one!

Never ever ever ever ever ever come here!!!! I've been waiting for over 5.5 hours and I'm still being told they'll get to me when they can. TERRIBLE!!!
