The menu is very much in the vein of the Scandinavian foraging tradition. Very inventive food, fun experience, wonderful service. Not for everyone, but great if you're looking for something different.
A great place to celebrate any occasion. The tasting menu was perfection. Treats at the end is a surprise you never dreamed of. A perfect meal and evening to remember, this is the place.
The best restaurant in Nashville! Chef is now Trevor Moran. Phenomenal tasting menu served by friendly staff in a unique setting. Michelin stars to follow. A must though book early!
With 32 seats wrapped around a U-shaped kitchen, diners have the opportunity to interact with the chefs as they are taken on a set, multi-course journey. [Eater 18 Member]
Great spring menu , which is seafood / Japanese flavor forward. Great drinks that pair well with the food.
An unforgettable dining experience. The dishes were perfectly prepared, plated and spaced. We loved the unexpected drink pairings and charming dessert !
Everyone raves about this new little restaurant , where chefs Erik Anderson and Josh Habiger’s tasting menu changes nightly, and reservations are booked solid a month in advance. Go mark your calendar.
Can't have a bad meal here! Reservations are hard to get but worth it. Put yourself in the chefs ' hands and enjoy the ride!
I highly recommend the pairings and being honest about what you will/won't eat when you make your reservation . We had an amazing experience and the chefs/staff were friendly and professional. Thanks!
New chef Ryan is terrific. Get the drink pairing and be on your way to the best meal of your life.

The best dining experience in Nashville! 7 courses, in a U shaped restaurant with Chefs Josh Habiger and Erik Anderson. Prepare to be blown away!

Don't be shy. Ask the chefs or incredibly knowledgable team anything you'd like to learn about their dishes, selections or approaches.
Plan in advance as this is not only one of Nashville's hottest restaurants , it's one of the hottest new restaurants in the U.S. Very small, very expensive but not very stuffy. Awesome!
