Get a Q number & request for SMS alert for when your Q# is up so u can go shop at leisure & not waste time waiting. Weekday Qs are shorter.

The layout of the shop is not organized . There is no seating area for customers to sit and wait. Customer service officers very impatient to answers questions as well

Fab service from Joan. But alas they refused to give waiver of S$35 for the micro-sim that practically 80% smart phones require now. Don't bother speaking to Manager even if u are 20yr loyal customer.

2 hour wait on weekends. Ouch

Don't use the self-servicing queue number machine if you need tv-related assistance. It is for mobile and broadband needs only.
