Well designed building and space. All about the natural history & people of Yilan . Content is good and includes English. 100 NT entry. Although content doesn’t detail the aboriginals that much.
Meaningful and quality museum tells you the story of Kavalan (Yilan tribes), well-designed architectural building and rarely-good curated exhibition ;)

週一休館. 好處是人很少, 伯朗咖啡廳仍營業, 好處是不用搶位置, 邊角位置的那些座位可以挑高好幾層樓, 上方與前方都是大片透明的玻璃牆, 可好好享受大片的天空, 卻在室內的冷氣房裡. 夏日裡可是一大享受.

NT40 for 3 scoops of sorbet. Not sweet enough for me but is on the way to the museum. A good place to have a break! - Brian
