Candlelight classes - u can't see them, they can't see you! Great start for your practice. The only thing is it really affected my sleep! If you're tired the next day try earlier!

Definitely do hot yoga it's amazing! Also go online and print out a free week to core yoga you will use it a lot!

Not another Bikram spin off to me. Yes, tge rooms are heated & yes they have a similar sequence they teach but it is not like Bikram . It's Ashtanga based.
