You can never go wrong with Bruschetta for starter. The Lasagna was cooked to my perfection; juicy and melty.
Outstanding service all around. The food had a taste of Italy and the wine was perfecto! A great spot to experience.
For a tourist trap the food is decent and the service is adequate. Was able to sit outside on a mild October night with great friends which really made our experience here so positive.
It was a beautiful experience.. Attentive staff , great food (the sangria was awesome!) definitely a thumbs up and i would definitely go back! Looks cramped but the seating was comfortable ..
Fresh bread and seasoned olive oil is deadly. You WILL devour everything in the basket. Food itself was perfect. Will be back!
Food was freaking awesome! Probably one of the best Italian restaurant in the area!
Great service, great sangria , EXCELLENT lobster ravioli !!
Wonderful food. I got the ravioli and it only came with 4 raviolis , but everyone else I was with had an abundance of food.
Really good wait staff , nice maitre Ds (they really do speak italian!) and good food. We had pizza (ask them to cook it well !)
We want sit down and enjoy a beer on the outside tables ... but the waiter kick us out because we wont eat!!! Fdp
The bread and the dipping sauce was DELICIOUS. I ordered the Carbonara and it was perfect! I would go back. My server was attentive and helpful.
The chicken parmigiana is spectacular and the bread and dipping sauce is heaven!!!!!!!!!!!!
Find the name "Umberto 's" carved in the sidewalk out front -- That's how you know you're at the real location of gangster “Crazy Joe” Gallo 's 1972 murder! Read more
The dipping oil is hands down the best thing I've ever had. So good. We bought three bottles to take home!
The lunch special is a good deal . We had the lasagna and the canneloni. Don't sleep on the garlic olive oil !
my dog gennarino, who recently met antimo, a carpenter from naples in the train the 19 of september!, is too tired to come...
I know it's not exotic but Alfredo Fettuccine with chicken was excellent.
Tortellini and good wine list ????
This the location of the original Umberto 's where, "back in the day" Crazy Joe Gallo of Red Hook Brooklyn was assassinated.
Great shrimp parmigiana . Very good service !
It's really Italian! Pizza is amazing!
Great place for people watching on the busy Mulberry Street
The bread and olive oil is delish. Didn't love the mussels (white sauce ) but I'd come again for the seafood risotto .
Excellent Italian food and and excellent service!
Get the spaghetti . Don't forget the meatballs . Really friendly staff . They make you feel welcomed and help you fit in if you're from elsewhere.
Italian food . Lively . Good for dates ????
The minestrone is delicious! Great for a miserable day
Both the lasagna and spaghetti marinara were really good!!
Lovely pasta and really good food
Excellent service !! Get the calamari and the tiramisu for dessert .
Good Food, good service , good location BUT overpriced extras & refills!
Pasta was good. Outside terrace
The chicken Parmesan is very good!
I got the primavera pasta dish, it was supposed to have capaletti, peas , zucchini , broccoli . My dish had no broccoli , carrots , spinach , peas and spaghetti .
The best pasta I've had in forever!
Amazing food! Great place!
Like a Short Trip to Italy in the Heart of NYC.
If the soup of the day is the seafood medley in a light broth - GET IT.
If the accordion player shows up, have a tip ready for his hat. He's not free.
Great pizza !
Going for homemade lobster ravioli in pink cream and a raspberry amore drink. Yay
Awesome food, just $6'50 for sharing :p
Good calamari and white wine pasta . ( :
Friendliest people, just had to use the bathroom and decided to come in for drinks. Little Italy's finest!
Linguine Vongole , honestly the food was just ok but the atmosphere was quite nice for an evening out.
Pasta , pollo , coffee
Great spot in little Italy. Loved the antipasto and Manicotti . Service was excellent.
All the food is fantastic !!!!!And great people
Ew, dont go. Im italian so Im obv bias but this is one of the worst excuses for italian food Ive ever encountered. Plus super expensive , a small pizza like that is 5€ in Rome, why would I pay 15$ here
Wear something warm. It's a little chilly with the open air dining.
Chef's pizza is worth a try. And the cucumber smash is delish! - Michelle Hausberger
Great place for Vegetarians. Try their Gnocchi for entrée and double cheese and fruit appetizer. Tiramisu FTW! - simhskal
