Lynn (Apple Genius) is awesome. Helped me out with my MBP issue. Real nice, friendly , and courteous. She's awesome.

It’s in a nice mall with places to browse and eat during your almost guaranteed 1-1 1/2 hr wait to be actually helped by an apple staff

If u have a genius bar appointment , as soon as u walk in, let an Apple associate know and they'll check you in.

Jesse Schoem is amazing!!! He walked us thru everything from Wacom tablets to cs6 to mini iPads!!! Talk to him and u will leave with all your questions answered!

This place is extremely busy. You need to make an online appointment first. Once you do that things can go well , I had a big problem and they replaced my iPhone5 right on the spot. #satisfied

It's so easy to make a reservation online and get helped in the store! Also, they've moved to a larger location in the mall .

Make sure to make an appointment online before preferably the day before. This is not as busy as the other locations like Cerritos.

Just to pick up my MBP its been 9 days , Since the repair it'll take 3 to 5 days ,was bit disappointed for the long period of time and I was expecting to New iPhone to show up but it didn't .

Bring back any old product and get $$ for it....and if no value they will at least recycle it properly for you :)

Wanted to buy a product in a particular colour and the genius didn't even know what colours it came in. It's not like Apple has a million products, so it shouldn't take a genius to know that...

Foursquare never a chance to say what’s IMPORTANT to know about this store which is that the staff in general is incompetent (5 members couldn’t transfer an Android to a new iPhone , I’m not kidding)

Beware you need an "appointment " to drop off an iPod to get a new screen or for any repair or problem. No appts available today. Sorry. I love my Apple stuff but this is crappy after sale support

Apple works on an appointment basis for all technical support and repairs. To make an appointment , just visit apple .com/manhattanvillage - you'll see Make A Reservation , under Genius Bar click Reserve

These guys are awesome, the shop is crowded , but I bought my iPhone in eight minutes and got all of my doubts out.

Appointments are great but you still will end up waiting awhile.

Come when they open and no one will be here! You will be in and out in a snap!

Come in before 8:15am, talk to the store guy/lady to get a card for iPad2 before you get into a line . Now iPad2 is yours!

This is the worst Apple store to go to if you need anything fixed or if you have a problem that you actually want solved. Seriously only come here if you are buying something, not for any brainpower.

Always uncomfortably packed. Need an apple store at Del Amo to relieve some traffic here.

Incompetent employee charged my card twice and 2nd charge took the last $97.12 on card to bring balance to $0. said they refunded but refused to provide a receipt or anything saying I will get $ back.

They'll replace any broken cords, power, or headphones, but bring the device or serial number with you.

Came in last night to buy new I Mac and fix other one, but girl named Irma told me nobody can help me since I do not have appointment ! Worst experience EVER!

Go in the morning during the week and there is no wait. I was told they open up at 9am?

Absolutely worst EVER customer service representative - Adelie (sp?) - at this store, rude, curt, even tho we had appt. Another customer service guy, Tyler, stepped in to actually treat us right. SMH
