Both Plano and N Dallas just got new equipment . At Plano, Beverly S. is great for group or private pilates . Impressive locker rooms/lots of towels. But, don't leave valuables in the locked lockers.
This place is huge! Bit too big if possible, for the new guy trying to find a machine at any rate. Very nice facility with a lot to offer at reasonable rates (we were told $100/month) for what you get
The place is huge, if you like basketball , yoga and working out (and you have nowhere else to do it) you'll find everything here. I, personally, expected more.
Check out Brent Barry at the LifeSpa! He has the innate understanding of color/cut/style of what will look best while also working around the client's ideas. Very chic guy with a style all his own!

Best all-round workout experience north of Dallas. Great locker rooms . Must try the spa too - the massages are awesome.
Watch out for all the lazy non handicap people that park in handicap spots!!! Wow a gym and a bunch of lazy butts and abusing the spots
Next time your stuck @ gym with only ur sweaty clothes to wear home, try wrapping [individually] your shorts and shirt in a hand towel, then put it in the swimsuit dryer. Cotton absorbs more H2O:-)

This isn't that great of a Life Time. If you want to play basketball , don't wear your nice shoes - the court is horrible. The work out machines are good, just not top of the line new. Not the best.
