The service isn't terrible, but their approach to iced caramel lattes confuses me: extra caramel is really just a normal amount and for some reason they also assume you want sugar, gross.
Staffs friendly if your a regular customer. If not its just a come and go kinda deal...
Service was not great. The person didn't listen and when you told her she made it wrong she was annoyed. Would not recommend this DD.
Awful service. Annoyed when you order and nothing is ever right. Go somewhere else.
