Nice room, nice building and friendly staff . But, there is one elevator bank and only one working elevator in this 12 story building.
The newly renovated rooms are very nice. Much, much better than the old. Basic WiFi is free, but it's very slow. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Dated rooms. They didn’t get our reservation , which is ok, but the evening manager was super defensive and asked me not to ask questions. It got resolved when spg called them and said to rectify it

Decent hotel . Nice fitness center . Only negative would be the 10 lady bugs I killed in my room throughout the stay.
WiFi is very slow here. I found out the chick fil a WiFi is much faster

The King Premier rooms on the first floor are terrible. Water leaking from ceiling. Uncovered outlets. Desperately needs an upgrade.
