I love this store. They have the best sales prices in town when it comes to their produce. Frozen items are about the same as whole foods. Excellent bulk-bin variety, and good customer service. :-)
Wednesdays ARE super busy, but it's a double sales paper day (last day of previous week's deals, first day of new week's deals).
Great fresh produce , weekly deals and gluten free selections . Try their chicken sausages , many flavors to choose from.
Best place for affordable boneless skinless chicken and grape/cherry tomatoes . And inspires healthy eating habits.
Middle of the day on a Wednesday - very very busy time. Suggest shopping at another time if you're in a hurry
