This was the first restaurant I ate at when I moved to KC and it's still my absolute favorite. GREAT food, GREAT service. Ask for David !
General Tso's is a go-to favorite of mine. And my GF Sara mixes half miso and hot/sour soup together = pretty darn good, so try it!
