Newly refurbished and clean hotel with a rooftop pool with a view to die for. Location is very central close to burjuman and karama metro, with a lot if eateries around.Highly recommend.

Location is not ideal and it gets hard to get a cab from the hotel entrance at times, however the service is great with clean rooms and amazing rooftop pool view .
The hotel is located in Bur Dubai and within a walk from ADCB & Burjuman stations#many restaurants nearby offering variety of dishes for different tastes n nationalities#

Didn't like the hotel location wise#very far from downtown,however, all amenities n facilities were available#also close to Centre Point,Burjuman,carrefour,Max...#nice n helpful staff #

Nice hotel and lovely staff but the night club is a nightmare! Had a suite room on the 1st floor and spend 3 nights on sleeping pills. The music is too loud and my bed was vibrating. Avoid 1st floor!
Nice hotel . Friendly staff . I liked the topview and the fitness lounge as well . Free coffee and water.
If u want clean water or coffee/milk or clean towel u r make ask rooms personal. Everything u want.
Breakfast was the same every day, could be better if the warm buffet could offer different options, at least, every alternate day#Indian breakfast was terrible#

The WiFi keeps cutting off. If u're using Internet on your phone, make sure WiFi is always connected or u'll be using your mobile data. The shaving blade is so bad I almost shaved my face off :-(
it is a 4.5 stars hotel ... once house keeping entered the room while i am sleeping and they woke me up without knowing i was there sleeping .. they discovered in the last minute
18th floor suite. Nice comfy place, good service , and a hell of a view from up here!

My friend's room took 1 hour to be ready so their check-in was delayed. Club Se7en is so boring ! Room service knocked my door 5 times even though I put out the Do Not Disturb sign! They can't read!

Left room @ 9am, came back 4pm only to find out the room haven't been cleaned yet. Called the receptionist , no apology was given. Finally room was cleaned , but not the trash can (˘_˘'!)
back at 20:00 and found the room not been made up....!!

Hotel room was quite big and comfortable, just perfect for my day layover in Dubai. I was there end of July so the whole city and country was an open sauna! There is a pool on the top floor. - Dutched Pinay Travels
