Steps away from the N, Q, R & B, D, F, M trains . In the middle of the day on a Saturday I didn't have to wait for a dressing room and the checkout line was short . Decent plus section on 2nd floor.

This weekend is 50% off already 50% off reduced. Stock up on basic winter stuff for next year. NOW that's a tip!!! 3.00 bucks for the sweater.

This Forever 21 has finally cleaned up there act. The place was always a wreck, but its finally much cleaner and organized . Atleast the guys section. They need to make a bigger section for the guys!

You'd think a high profile location would have more people working there. One fitting room and only one person working it- the lines for both the fitting rooms and the cash registers were absurd

I love this location but long lines at the fitting room and cashier are killing me.

Anything purchased from Thanksgiving and afterwards can be returned til 1/2.

This store is AWFUL! how are you gonna have the registers downstairs closed with FIVE staff behind it and upstairs a HUGE line ?..

They have a separate floor for accessories now 

Horrible customer service. Manager left us at the counter when she was helping us find a dress at a different store, and she completely forgot about us.

J'aime ce magasin il y a des vêtements qu'on ne trouve pas au forever 21 de time square , mais le magasin est organisé un peu n'importe comment donc on tourne souvent en rond.
