The chili and soups are delicious and homemade--as is the chicken salad , which is among the best to be had anywhere.

Gioia's draws a crowd, but the line moves fast because service is great.

It's all about the hot salami ...I usually go with the hot salami & roast beef . Delicious! Somewhat limited seating , however, so beware the lunch rush.
