Amazing bakery with Asian twist. Look for specials like their moon cakes . It gets very busy all the time especially in evenings. Food has an amazing quality of tasting light and is fresh baked in back
Everything is great! Really affordable baked goods - the hot dogs are my favorite! I really like the sea salt iced coffee !
ROSE BREAD ! The one and only choice for me at 85°C. However, after years of waiting for the lines to end, I've gave up waiting for one awesomely delicious bread . Maybe they'll open store #2 soon..
Mango Delight for dessert ! You can’t go wrong with any drinks here - I like the milk tea , peach green tea , and sea salt mountain green tea .
Awesome selection of perfectly balanced bread with intriguingly different flavors. Got to, have to, must try their Rose Bread . However, must choose your timing wisely. Things run out pretty quickly.
Things to try: maple brick toast , custard bun , coffee bread , & the egg mochi tart . You can tell I love this place; everything is soooo derrricious! :P
Go early and expect to wait in line . Purchase extra goodies as your friends and family will no doubt relieve you of your bounty when they learn that you went to 85•C
There's a separate line for coffee so you don't have to wait. I go for the sea salt drinks and taro rolls (order at the cashier ) are always fresh.
I love EVERYTHING here. Especially everything TARO ! =) Yummy Iced Sea Salt coffee ! =) Peel the top off and drink it from the cup (not the straw) to get the full effect...so good!
The sea salt coffee was so worth the wait ❤️
Pro fatty tip #32: save yourself the trouble of fattyfighting others over pastries by simply asking one of the workers if they have it in the back. End result: you come out with the freshest bread Mmm
Squid Ink bread ..potato bread and Taro bun and egg tarts are a must! Sea salt iced coffee and Hazelnut latte are delicious.
Love the jasmine milk tea . As far as the pastries , you really can't go wrong. That being said the Rose Cheese is life changing!
Milk tea is spot on with the Taiwan stores. Mochi eggtarts are still the best ones I've had, can't find an equivalent in Taiwan either.
The long line is worth waiting in! You just can’t resist the aroma of their delicious mouth watering pastries or tasty teas and coffees !
If you're only planning to get a drink, go to the other line (restroom side). Also, I recommend getting your sea salt coffee or tea sealed so you can shake it up before drinking... tastes better :)
The Taro Bun is a great "1 night stand".. the Blueberry Bun I wanna "go at it" over+over+over again.. then get married, have a meaningful relationship w/ +grow old together.. need I expound anymore?!?
Awesome Sea Salt Coffee and the pastries are awesome also.
Lines are always faster than they look. If you're not getting baked goods , you can order drinks from the register on the left (but you should get the baked yummies!)
Three things I always have to get here: brioche , berry tale ( fluffy bread with whipped blueberry cream cheese ), and their iced peach green tea .
Sea salt coffee & mochi egg tart . The salty/sweet/eggy/mocha/flakey experience is tough to beat
Sea salt coffee and jasmine teas (cold), rose cheese bun , and brioche . People screw over line wait times by buying boxes of pastries so you should buy boxes too to screw the people after you! JKJK

The milk bread is absolutely delicious; very light, fluffy, and soft with a slightly sweet taste . :3
Totally worth the wait. I always come by whenever I'm in the irvine or long beach area :) vanilla swirls and the hot dog on garlic bread buns are hands down gooooodness lol
Iced sea salt coffee 😩 and their freshly baked goods !
The pastries really don't live up to the hipe... Can't stand the long line half a mile out the door :( rather visit JJ bakery on Jeffery and walnut , or simply walk across the plaza and visit Bon Epit
Ask for the famous taro bun at the register, as they no longer put them on display! They usually run out towards the second half of the day!
Amazing sea salt coffee . It may sound weird, but trust me it's worth a try.
If you are ONLY ordering cakes or drinks, ditch the line going out the door; there's a cake/bev-only check-out on the left side of the bakery . There's almost always no line .. ;)
I love all their buns ! Try their milk custard buns and their chocolate buns . Yum!
Taste an assortment of goodies... along with Sea Salt Coffee . Yum!
The drink station is on the side. The line is long but it moves quickly.
Love at first sip! Try the Sea Salt Coffee (hot or iced), and don't forget to mix the foam and coffee before your first sip. :-)
There are too many delicious items to list. Shopping at this bakery is a unique and unforgettable experience.
Taro buns . Rose something or other. Garden Grove had shorter lines . Iced tea is great!
Squid ink bread and taro bread is the best!!
Celebrating the opening of the 10th store! 4/7/14-4/16/14: Spend $10, get 10% off for 10 days!
Get a milk tea latte , sea salt coffee and look for the taro bread and squid ink bread !
What this tiramisu is??? Freaking amazing thing that I ate so far!!!
Sea Salt Coffee . That is all. Center is crowded/difficult to navigate weekday lunch time but see first statement... Sea Salt Coffee . Sip it from cup don't use straw.
Get either the sea salt coffee or sea salt jasmine green tea . My favorite bread is the garlic cheese - only $1!
So many types of Taiwanese breads to try! Pairs great with milk tea
Freshly baked raisin bread is that good. #Iwouldtakeitforpayment
Their anniversary special right now: buy one large iced sea salt coffee , get a 2nd for 50% off.
Mad house all the time. Come early or during weekdays. Sea salt coffee is good. Bread got tons of butta.
Try the Snowflake - Yummy! Chewy! Sugar crystals are awesome! These aren't available until 2 hours after open and they sell out fast!
Must try: fruit jelly cup. Their pastries are huge and great for their price.
Authentic Asian bakery , never gets too sweet, healthy and tasty. Must try
