So it is a smokers bar But this is forth time here and has a great atmosphere and old school phillipono charm. And style.
So here is what a have Learned. SO two occasions 5 staff 4M 1F lady. She did 80% of the work. Make. Cocktail , server drinks, do menus she is unbdlivable. The men Very lazy.
Make sure to catch the band performance in the nine smoking area
