The new IHOP on Assembly is bright , clean and updated. Our waitress , Victoria, was great. She kept my coffee cup filled.

No ants . Our server Diana was friendly and attentive. Food was standard IHOP quality. Actual store is significantly smaller than most stores. Overall, typical IHOP experience. Recommended.

Very nice zoo! Gardens were beautiful as well! Children's garden was large. There is also a hiking trail on the way to the gardens. It is paved & the first part is wheelchair accessible, tho bumpy. - Celeste Hope
