Love the Hainanese pork chops with deep fried diced poratoes, pork chop coated with egg batter, tomato sauce just right without the overly sweet taste . Shiok ! Fried Hor Fun is nice with the 'wok hei '.

Marmite ribs r good salty but shiok w rice . Spinach in stock n Fu Rong egg r excellent v home cooked style . Old skool place. Will be back for Hainanese pork chop n steamboat . #thomtorieats

Specialty pork chops really nice. Everybody ordering these. Weekends very busy so waited half hour for the food. But good place for local food.

Was here for lunch ..not much zhi char but glad they still serve pork chop..delicious n price is reasonable..friendly servers ...will definitely come again!

Great food at a great price. What you pay for a slice of fish in a restaurant you get the whole fish for the same price here. Extremely fresh and the staff are really nice people. Kudos

The beggar's chicken is slow cooked in a very large urn placed outside the shop.

$50+ for 3 rice , 2 drinks, salted egg bitter gourd (small), broccoli w 1 scallop (small), and fish steamboat .

Doesn't do it for me. Steamboat only charcoal fragrant but slightly bland. Stingy on meat in veg dishes . Value better at Hua Yu Wee. waiting time not as bad as reviews - total 3 table patronage.

Disappointed with the pork chop . Taste doughy. Fried sinchew beehoon is too salty and so are the fried vege .

The food is good but they have crap service, like making you wait for 45 mins and then discovering they haven't started cooking. Fucked up and not worth spoiling your evening for.
