The steam kampong chicken was excellent. This is the 2nd chicken rice shop that I highly recommend other than Nam Heong at Petaling Street.

This is one of place that you must come if you want to have a good chicken meal! Good services , good ambience. Had been one of frequent place to have chicken rice . Avoid coming during peak hour.

Best place to have chicken rice in Ampang . Nice, clean & comfortable place. Would recommend seating at the back of the shop which is air-conditioned.

Location is slightly off & not much grab/uber around. Kampong chicken they only sell by half or full chicken .. if single diner then might have some issue finishing it

The minimum order for their famous corn fed chicken (kampung chicken ) was half. And their rm3.50 coffee was from a packet ???? chicken no good, rice no good, coffee no good. Never coming back

It's kampung chicken serve with side dishes of chicken gizard, intestine & bean sprout.But definitely not Hainanese type like ginger sauce & chilli sauce .Rate 3.5 out of 5

Many people say nothing special because they did not sell special things! They selling the hainanese chicken rice with original taste. Is nothing special but is the best chicken rice in the town !

Bad experience here. Rude owner refused to serve us when we went after 2pm. They still had 4 full chickens hanging outside. Probably want to keep it as whole chicken to serve tomorrow.
