Home of the city's municipal government and one of its most distinctive landmarks. City Hall consists of twin towers surrounding a white disk-like council chamber which is mounted on a raised platform. Built more than a half a century ago, it still appears very modern.

Look for the sculpture called Metropolis. In concentric circles, the central of nine 180kg panels mimic the ravines that enclose the city ’s heart;100,000 common nails make up this wonder.

The green roof (up the concrete ramps) is a stellar garden . Nice quiet area to walk around, sit, and relax with the city hall views .
Permit parking office is opened from 8:30 to 4:15.
Social insurance requires birth certificate. Without such, you're essentially a volunteer so nice you can't be paid.
